    1. Plant Outages: Worked with many sites to drive significant change to pre-outage “readiness” behaviors. Also instilled more effective outage update meetings using visual tools. Outage improvements of $4 to $7 million per site realized.

    2. Plant Uptime: Worked with site leadership to achieve 4-5% uptime improvement. Improvements of $6 to $9 million per site realized.

    3. Power Outages: Developed a process with a 3rd party electrical power company to conduct site power risk assessments and rank those risks by cost and value. Then worked with site leadership to develop a multi-year plan to address those risks. Realized value of $4+ million per year per site was achieved.
