  • Increasing reliability and OEE from 74% to 94% in UK Board mill – then heading up team transferring those reliability and maintenance philosophies and practices to other European sites.

    Heading up a team that implemented CMMS System and best practice maintenance processes at a mining and processing plant in Kazakhstan that contributed to an increase of production from 370,000 to 420,000 tonnes output per annum.
